As a music therapist specializing in mental health, I am here to provide my clients with a nourishing and nurturing arts-based environment, and a genuine, honest, warm, and empathic therapeutic relationship in which to feel heard and understood so they can engage in creative music and arts experiences to unearth and channel their feelings as an energy source for creativity, clarity, and healing.

Supporting the transition back into the community after inpatient treatment or other higher levels of care

Development of Creative Self and Process of Grounding through Music, Sound, and the Arts
